Our commitment to enabling sustainable environment for communities by promoting eco-friendly practices and initiatives that ensures long-term environmental health. We also organize exposure visits to institutions and successful ventures, providing hands-on learning experiences that inspire and equip participants with practical skills for their future.

MGES Agra is at the forefront of women empowerment, recognizing the transformative potential of equipping women with the skills, resources, and opportunities to become leaders in their communities. Our approach integrates various strategies, from forming Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to providing vocational training and financial literacy programs. Since our inception, we have created and supported over 100 SHGs, empowering more than 2500 women across rural regions. These groups serve as platforms for women to come together, share experiences, and build solidarity. They also facilitate access to microfinance, enabling women to start and grow their own businesses. Our SHGs have collectively disbursed credit worth INR 20,000 allowing members to engage in diverse entrepreneurial activities such as spice grinding, papad making, and jam and jelly production. Our comprehensive skill training programs are tailored to enhance the economic capabilities of rural women. We offer training in various trades and crafts, including food processing, textile work, and retail management. This hands-on training equips women with marketable skills, boosting their confidence and economic independence.
